Returns

At Mushies, we offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original item.

Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

Refunds
