Orders placed before 12pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will generally be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

This verification process may include contacting you to confirm information provided during checkout. Delays in verification may affect order processing and shipping times.

- Delivery

4.3 Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
