A recent study from 2023 found that nerve cells exposed to compounds isolated from lion’s mane mushrooms could promote neuron growth.

A single dose seemed to enhance performance on a cognitive task within 60 minutes. 

Also, after taking the supplement daily for 28 days, there appeared to be a slight decrease in how stressed participants felt.
