Amazing difference

After some extensive research I decided to start taking lions mane capsules and the cordyceps tincture for mental and physical health issues. The difference within the last 2 weeks has been amazing. Much clearer head, less anxiety and energy I haven’t felt in years! No more breathlessness and lethargy. Unbelievable effects.

I’ve been doing bjj for 13 years and have always had to supplement with some cardio on the side until I started taking the cordyceps. The difference after about a week was night and day, easier to breath, endless cardio output - can’t recommend it enough, def making harder sessions a lot easier to manage
